1. What you are buying
When you purchase one of our ebooks or digital products, you are not buying the copyright or any ownership of the content. You are buying a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal learning and use.

2. No resell rights — what is prohibited
Our products are sold with NO RESELL RIGHTS. Without our prior written permission, you may not:

- Redistribute, share, upload, or give away the files or download links.

- Claim the content as your own or remove any branding, credits, or notices.
- Use the product for any commercial resale or mass-distribution purpose.
In short: the product is for your personal use only. You may not pass it on to others in any form.
3. What happens if you resell or share our products
Reselling, redistributing, or sharing our products without permission is a breach of this license and an infringement of our copyright. If we find that you have done so, we may take any or all of the following actions:
- Immediate termination of your license and access — you lose the right to use the product, with no refund.
- Takedown requests filed with the platform, marketplace, host, or payment provider being used to distribute the content.
- Being reported to the authorities. Copyright infringement is against the law. We will report offenders to the relevant authorities and to any marketplace, host, or payment provider involved, and we will fully cooperate with any investigation.
- Formal legal action — including going to court. We will pursue offenders through our lawyers for copyright infringement and breach of contract. If the matter is not resolved, we will take it to trial and seek a court judgment against you.
- Financial liability. A court can order you to pay damages, our lost revenue, any profit you made, and our full legal and court costs — which can end up costing far more than the price of the product itself.
In plain terms: anyone who resells or shares our products can face serious legal trouble — problems with the law and the authorities, being taken to court, and having to pay significant sums in damages and costs. It is never worth the risk.
4. When someone tries to resell our products
We actively protect our work. When we detect an attempt to resell, copy, or redistribute our products, we treat it seriously:
- Our files and download links are monitored, and we track where our content appears online.
- Every purchase is tied to the buyer, so unauthorized copies can be traced back to their source.
- Suspected resellers may have their access suspended immediately while we investigate.
- We pursue all available remedies to have infringing listings, files, and copies removed.
