What we sell
We sell digital products — ebooks and downloadable materials. Once you pay, you get instant access to download your files. There is nothing physical to ship.
All sales are final
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once you complete your purchase and receive access to the downloadable files, no refunds will be issued.
We encourage you to carefully review the product description and any preview materials before purchasing to ensure the product meets your needs.
Right of withdrawal (EU & Romania)
Under EU and Romanian consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014), consumers usually have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase.
However, for digital content that is delivered immediately, this 14-day right no longer applies once the download or access has started — provided you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the withdrawal right. When you complete your order and get instant access to the files, you give us that consent and accept the loss of the 14-day withdrawal right for that content.
Exceptions
In the unlikely event that you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased content, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the products you paid for.
Consumer dispute resolution
If we can't resolve a complaint together, you can use alternative dispute resolution. In Romania, the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) offers a resolution service — see anpc.ro/ce-este-sal. You can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
